CONCEPT ART - The price is individual and depends on the amount of exploration and complexity of the project.
It includes exploration sketches (at least 2-3), color variations, additional head/hair variations if it's needed and rendered concept art.
I do humanoids, monsters design and simple props and weapons.

To order a commision, you have to fill a comission form:

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read it carefully before commissioning me.General information:During the commision, I communicate via email: [email protected]References (photos, art etc.) and text descriptions are required. The more information you provide me with, the more accurate the work will be.From the start of work, the completion time ranges from 14 to 60 working days, depending on the complexity of the project , workload and if you answer me regularly.All artworks include my signature, which must not be removed, unless we agree otherwise.If you are interested in commissioning me to use the art for commercial purposes, price is higher to sign over the rights of the artwork to you..
COMISSION ARTWORK PROCESS
-I send an artwork in high resolution (300dpi) and smaller (72dpi) version for internet uploud.
-If you require a specific size for the artwork, please let me know before I start working on it.
-Final format is JPG/PNG file
-I don't send PSDs, source files as a part of the price. We can discuss this if you let me know beforehand.REVISIONS
Revisions are included in the commission price and are provided at the following approval stages:
-Rough Sketch composition approval
-Light plan approval
-Color/Mood plan approval
-50 - 70% progress shot but once the coloring has started, fewer revisions will be possible.Revisions necessitated by my own faults will be provided free of charge.
Revisions other than those mentioned above will incur additional fees.
.PAYMENT• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.• Once you send me a commission request, I will get back to you and let you know if I accept the commission or not.• If commision is accepted, I do not start work before receiving payment.• Payment is via PayPal, (in Poland to a bank account, I preffer PLN).• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.• For the sketch/lineart commision, you can only pay 100% upfront.Be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.RIGHTS and USAGE:I, Zuzanna Kranc - Suzariely (the artist):
-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
-The client receives a non-exclusive license for personal use only. If a commercial use license or copyright transfer is required, please notify me beforehand.
-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
-I reserve the right to use the comissioned artwork for any purpose, such as recording, streaming, publishing online on social media, websites, patreon and other places. I can create and sell prints of the artwork if not agreed otherwise beforehand.
- Any unauthorized use or infringement of mine (the artist's) work may be occur taking legal action to protect the artist's rights.
-The artist reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the artist's website or communicated to the client via email.
-I can draw on stream or post a commision online during the process. If it's a gift, let me know beforehand.You (the customer/commissioner)
You are allowed to:
-Upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with the credit of an artist.
-Print the artwork for personal use.
-Crop and resize the artwork for avatar use, your website or social media accounts.
-Use it as a thumbnail or feature it in videos, provided credit is given in the description.You are NOT allowed to:
-Make profits from the commissioned piece and use it for commercial purposes if not agreed otherwise beforehand.
-Removing my signature.
-Change my artwork, including paint over it, colorize my sketches or linework, using filters on top of it.
-Putting my work into any AI engine.CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
-The client can cancel a commision at any point in time.
-If the client decides to cancel the commission after payment has been made and work has begun, a cancellation fee may be charged. The amount will depend on the stage of progress at the time of cancellation.Partial refund:
If the client has paid in advance, they will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.Full refund:
-The client have rights for full refund before the artist started work at commision.
-The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission at any time, if they are unable to meet the client’s requirements or complete the work within the requested timeframe. If the artist chooses to discontinue the project for any reason, a refund will be issued.
